Intraoral Multi-Axis Distraction (MDO-M)

The Orthognathics MDO-M provides independent vertical and horizontal distraction plus a controlled change of the angle between these two axes.
The device is intra-oral but extra-mucosal, only the bone plates reach into the soft-tissues.
Due to the modular approach, the distractor can be disconnected from the plates to facilitate suturing at surgery, or during treatment, the connections to the plates can be readjusted to gain additional distraction distance or to correct a mid-line deviation.

length may be extended by moving the fixation point along the cylinder
Vertical distraction 7mm
